QF Holdings LLC has a team of trusted contractors that are ready to take on your next large project. Maxim is our largest project to date and started from land development of 75 acres to a state of the art 66,500 sq. ft. building. The first floor was designed for industrial/shop employees, while the second floor was designed for the corporate executives. From start to finish, Angelo has managed the project to ensure that it get finished efficiently and effectively. Starting in 2020 with land development, this project was put on hold during the COVID pandemic, yet still completed on time in October of 2022.
In 2015, Angelo completed site work for a corporate hangar apron at Arnold Palmer Airport in Latrobe, PA. Tasks for the project included earthwork, demo existing utilities, remove hangar floor and footings, remove existing concrete hangar apron, install new utility lines, new apron subbase and asphalt, seed and plant, and final cleanup.
Angelo built and sold homes on 28 out of the 40 lots located in Brick Ridge Estates housing community. From 2015-2020 Angelo & Jessica ran the community HOA and ensured the new homeowners were happy with their purchase.
Library School Apartments got its start as the Snowden Township High School in 1931 and eventually became the Snowden Township Elementary School. In 2000, the school was closed and the students were moved to a new combined South Park Elementary School. The building was left vacant.
In 2007, the school was purchased by Angelo and Jessica Quarture. They turned history into high tech by renovating the building and creating 40 up-scale apartments. The building is equipped with a secure intercom system and is fully air conditioned. The floor plans are open and spacious and the units are filled with top-notch stainless steel appliances.
